How can Wealth Informatics help you with your financial freedom?

Welcome to wealth Informatics
If you want to turn your finances around for the better, or if you are struggling with your finances now but your ultimate goal is to achieve financial freedom, you’re in the right place.

Here’s the deal: There are plenty of personal finance blogs around the web. I understand that you are giving me your most valuable resource, your time and so I will ensure that your time here isn’t wasted in the least.  The focus of Wealth Informatics is – financial freedom through information.

Most of us know the basics of personal finance and investing, things like setting aside a rainy day fund, buying low & selling high, etc., but we still struggle to achieve financial freedom. Why? Money is not just about math. It involves human psychology, application of knowledge to individual situations and having all the right information. That’s exactly what I tackle at Wealth Informatics. Wealth Informatics strives to provide information empowering debt reduction,  financial planning,  conscious consumerism,  savvy investing, fun & frugal living and other financial areas in an easy to understand manner.

What do I write about @ Wealth Informatics?

There are 4 types of posts.

1) Psychology of money: How our brains behave and act to certain external stimuli allows us to tame and use our brains to our advantage. I’ll break down psychological research and case studies into simple, actionable steps that can help you improve your personal finance.

Some posts to get you started in this genre are:

2) Complete information in one post: Sometimes it might be the right question to ask or sometimes it might be a system to save money. If there is a way that I have found to improve my finances, I will share it with you.

Below are some examples to give you a flavor of what to expect in this area

3) Application of general personal finance knowledge to your particular situation: I analyze personal finance advice with the help of Excel or other calculators and PDF workbooks to allow you to quickly customize the advice to your specific situation, for example:

4) News that will affect our finances drastically: Laws are always changing and it is difficult to keep up. I will summarize the news that will affect your finances and provide steps on how you can take advantage of or how you can work with the new law.

For example

What Wealth Informatics is NOT?

I don’t want to waste your time. If you are looking for one of these type of posts, look elsewhere.

  • Get rich quick schemes.
  • Just personal stories – what I cooked or what my cat did. This blog is NOT about me, it is about YOU.
  • Regurgitated posts on 8 ways to save money on food , cook at home, etc. My posts are usually comprehensive with at least a few unique ideas, otherwise it is not going up @ Wealth Informatics.
  • Coupon of the day or deal of the day type posts. I do have a hot deals section, but those are some deals that I stumbled upon and felt were too good to not share. I don’t write about these regularly. I recommend fatwallet.com and slickdeals.net for the latest deals and Money Saving Mom, Deal Seeking Mom or Bargain Briana for coupons. They do a much better job than me.
  • Extreme frugality. I believe in conscious spending, so I don’t write much about extreme frugality.

Intrigued? Interested? Give me few minutes of your time every week and I will provide you with the best possible knowledgebase to help you along the road to financial freedom.

I won’t spam you, sell you anything or send annoying sales pitches. All you will get are notifications when a new post is up along with a short blurb to help you decide whether you want to click through and read the full post.

Thanks for making it all the way. You are the reason I continue to write and I am very thankful for you support.  If you have any comments or requests to improve this site, please feel free to pass them on.  I will read and reply to every single email I get.

Thanks! Enjoy your journey towards financial freedom!
